Entrance: 9 Springfield is approached by ………. external steps up to the main door. Light is a timed push switch located on right hand side. …….. internal steps to first floor landing carrying on with …….. steps to second floor landing with bannister rails then ……… steps before reaching 9 Springfield Court front door with bannister handrail. All stairs not suitable for the infirm, hard of walking and/or disabled persons.

 

The door to 9 Springfield is a glass paned wooden door which opens straight into the hallway immediate door opening outwards on the right-hand side revealing immersion tank and electrical on/off switch also houses ironing board and broom. On the right-hand side of hallway is a fuse box located high on the wall. Next is bathroom door on the right opening inwards, small hand basin and vanity unit in left hand corner. Electric heater above. Light above sink with shaver socket. Electric towel rail to the right. WC toilet. Behind door is electric shower step in cubicle with glass doors.

 

Following hallway onwards, half glass door opening inwards to kitchen on the left with wall and floor units plus a worktop and integrated washer/dryer, oven and hob on top. Fridge is situated under worktop. Dining area/ lounge has low bearing ceilings with beams where people with mobility problems would need to take care. Table and chairs are situated within the low beams. Sash window seat alcove on the left-hand side, if sitting do not put weight on windows. Also situated in low beam area. The bedroom also has low bearing ceiling with beams, must take care getting in and out of bed in case of injuries. High stalls under the window sill, can be difficult to sit if people have mobility problems. Please be aware of sloping ceilings in some areas of this flat.
